The lessee after signing the rental contract carries the sole responsibility for the condition of the car.
Upon receipt of the car, the lessee checks its condition of it (internally and externally), and must return it to her exactly
condition.
GUIDE: Minimum age limit of 23 years and maximum age of 70 years. Also, the international driving license must have been issued at least 2 years prior to the commencement date of the lease.
SUMMONS -FINES: Summons and fines from administrative violations charged to the lessee.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are made according to the vehicle category and not for a specific model. In case of lack of availability of a specific model, then, and as long as the rental has been fulfilled, GS CARS provides the customer with a vehicle of the same or greater category.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The reservation must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental.
The following charges will apply for booking cancellations:
Ιn the event of a cancellation notice received by GS CARS GP at least 7 days before the scheduled start of its rental vehicle, the entire amount will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation notice received by GS CARS GP less than 7 days before its scheduled start vehicle rentals, no refund will be made.
In the event that the lessee does not appear at the scheduled time for the
upon receipt of the vehicle, the advance payment is not refunded.
There is no refund for the months of June, July, August, and September
advance payment in case of cancellations, as after 3 hours without
show up for your reservation the reservation is automatically canceled.
DELIVERIES-PICKUPS: FREE Monday to Sunday 9:00 – 21:00 from pick-up and delivery area of our company. Possibility of receiving a delivery to the place you wish after consultation and with the corresponding fee.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: FREE as long as they meet the above conditions and declare to the company their documents (Driver’s License, ID, Passport).
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: 1 day. For each additional hour of delayed delivery of the vehicle, the lessee will be charged 1/5 of the daily price rental. With a delay of more than 5 hours, the whole day will be charged.
KILOMETERS: Unlimited kilometers for leases of more than 3 days. For fewer days there is a mileage limit of 200 per day and the charge to if the lessee exceeds the kilometer limit, he will be charged €0.25 per kilometer
GUARANTEE: The guarantee is held upon receipt of the vehicle by debit and credit card as well as cash.
FUEL: The lessee must return the car with the same amount of fuel received In the case of returning the car with a smaller amount of fuel than the original, (i.e. the amount of fuel when the customer received the vehicle), the customer bears the difference of fuel. No compensation is provided for the customer if the car is returned with a larger quantity of fuel than it was received.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: Free 24 hours a day for all our vehicles.
ACCIDENT: In the event of an accident, the lessee must inform the company GS CARS GP as well as the police and adduce upon return the police records. In case of an accident caused by fault of the lessee, the company GS CARS GP will keep from the lessee the corresponding amount of the vehicle’s damage from the guarantee it has received. In case of immobility of the vehicle due to an accident due to his fault tenant GS CARS GP is not obliged to replace the vehicle for the remainder of the remaining rental period.
INSURANCE COVERS: INCLUDED FOR FREE:
a) Security to third parties.
b)Fire theft and crystal breakage security.
c) Civil liability.
d) Mixed insurance (CDW) with the exemption of €500
INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER: If the driver of the vehicle is not registered in the rental agreement signed by the lessee. If the driver’s vehicle that caused the accident is under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. If the lessee does not take the necessary precautions for safe parking and locking of the car. If the car is illegally parked. Any damage to tires and underbody parts of the vehicle. In case of loss and destruction of its keys, the lessee will have to pay from €100 to €200 depending on the car model.
